The easiest way to book for a Safari is directly to African Holiday Safaris Kenya through E-mail or telephone. During your booking, You are advised to book any tour by its tour code indicating whether you are doing your Safari Luxury style or budget style and the preferred departure date. e.g. AHSKLS001 3 Days Amboseli. Dec 9th 2008 The booking process will involve some correspondence between you and African Holiday Safaris Kenya until everything is finalized including all payments, all the reservations and confirmed departure dates.

All Clients are advised to arrange their travel plan in order to arrive in our Hotel a day before the departure date of any specific booked safari. The excursions from Nairobi are conducted daily and takes a duration of 4 days. If you included all the Nairobi excursions in your booking, then you need to be in Nairobi at least 5 days before your Safari's departure.  Each excursion takes a full day except for Nairobi National Park, which takes a half-day.  During this time, you will cater for your accommodation and meals until you join our Hotel depending on your budget. However, We can always arrange with you if you let us know of your interests and budget program in advance. On arrival at our Hotel, you will have a pre-departure meeting to know your driver tour guides and other peoples traveling together. If you are on a Camping safari program, you will meet you camp cooks as well. A lot will be discussed in preparation for the scheduled departure.

African Holiday Safaris Kenya caters for family groups without combining them with other travelers on request. Please let us know if at all you would like to do your Safari program/programs strictly as a family.

Any group of friends that book for Safaris to African holiday Safaris Kenya is entitled to a 5% discount of the total cost of a particular Safari as long as the members are not less than 16. You will as well be catered for as a special group. Thus, no combination with other travelers.

Kenya has a pleasant climate with warm sunny days, minimal humidity and cool evenings. The coastal region is hot and humid having tropical climate .The highlands can be quite cold at night. We accommodate our clients in the best lodges Hotels and Camps to ensure safety and comfort while on safaris. 

Transportation is in 9-seater tourist minibuses, Land Rovers or Cruisers with pop up roof for ideal game viewing and photographing. Small 4WD Cars, Coaches and Trucks depending on the space needed and the routes taken.
